
Body weight training is a great way to get in shape does not require any equipment and can be done anywhere. Also with the law how you can adjust the technique used, making effective body weight exercises for everyone from beginners to experienced fitness fanatic.
These are my first five years of body weight, which require absolutely zero equipment.
1. Prisoner Squats – Place hands behind head and shoulders Stand with feet width apart and sit-bending at the hips and knees. Make sure your knees stay behind your toes, keep your shoulders back and head forward. Repeat for reps.
2. Diamond Push Ups – Prone on the floor Place hands under your chest with your thumbs and index fingers forming a diamond. Lower your body to push the ground and then back to the highest position, repeat for representatives. Make sure the body is aligned from your ankles to the shoulders.
3. Handstand Push Ups – Standing next to a wall you kick in a position ATR. When stable, the less you yourself toward the floor then push up to a fully extended position. Be ready to fall often with it early and do not try if they are already exhausted.
4. Split Squat Jumps – From the standing position, take a big step forward leg and lower your body toward the ground. From this low position, and jump upwards while in the air, landing legs swap and lower body to soil. Repeat for reps. Keep your shoulders back and head forward.
5. pistol squats – Stand on one leg the other slightly before sitting back keeping front leg of the earth and then return to standing position all the time on stage. Repeat Operation for reps. Keep shoulders back and watch your balance!
