Is it illegal to possess an automatic weapon in the U.S.?
My brother-in-law told me that automatic weapons are illegal to have seen numerous own.However videos on Yahoo or Google in those clubs shooting pistols, rifles, machine guns, automatic weapons and so are legal in some states?
Unless you have a permit, then yes, they are illegal.
