What is the best firearm absolute defense for someone not good with guns?
Well many people will tell me to just come a shotgun, but I want a gun.'m not very good with firearms (although I have taken classes) I just want something that will not be long and not very strong. Please, CAL tell me good. and brand. Semi-Automatic or Revolver. I live in California, is automatically illegal.
You just described a .38 special revolver with a 4 "or longer barrel slightly, and only have to narrow your choices from there, depending on what feels good in your hand, and of course your budget. You probably want one with a little more weight to dampen recoil. The classic example is the Smith & Wesson model 10.
