As in any other branch of the Army, the Marines watch your AFQT score meaning Qualification Test Armed Forces. This score is composed of four sub-tests including arithmetic reasoning (AR), Mathematics Knowledge (MK), Word Knowledge (WK) and Paragraph Comprehension (PC).

ASVAB AFQT a score of 32 or more will receive you in the Marines, if you have a high school diploma. You will need a Navy ASVAB score of 50 or higher for receive a premium of commitment, the Marine Corp College Fund or Geographic Area of Choice program.

General Technical (GT) – Arithmetic Reasoning (AR) and verbal (EV)

Electronics (EL) – General Science (GS), Arithmetic Reasoning (AR), Mathematics Knowledge (MK) and Electronics Information (EI)

Reprise Navy ASVAB
The Navy ASVAB return policy is similar to most other classes. You can resume if your score has expired which is two years if you do not enlist. The only other way the Marines you retest if the interviewer asks specifically a new trial based on the fact that he or she wanted the scores do not reflect the true capacity (depending on your education, training and experience). The Marines will not approve a new trial based solely on the fact that your scores were too low to qualify for enlistment.
