automatic pistol
What happens when you hold the initial trigger of a semiautomatic pistol?

Do you just shoot a bullet? It would act like a machine gun? Does the gun jam? What would you do? Or will it go boom? Ok I'm not a magician of weapon, but I thought semi-automatic means that a bullet fired at a time. Like any gun, rifle or shotgun. Fully automatic is like a MP5 or M16.

Shoot once, the cycles of action, load a cartridge again, and stops, if everything goes well.
