Not even a humble star deserves a chrome work distasteful. Please consider rebluing, or perhaps Parkerizing or Duracoat. That said, Platters are a lot of that specialize in firearms. Ask around in local armories where they recommend. While you're at it, get a set new sources of water for that star and make 'snap', as it did when new.
